The owner Steve Hadala and his crew are rude and insulting.
The owner, Steve,walks in my home and says here's your problem the vents are covered. When I started to explain that they are that way bc I've not been running the A/C bc the duct work under the house had been flooded and had holes in it he put his hand out to my face and asked me if I had an A/C license. I don't need a license to know that if there are holes in a line air escapes. He said that I just needed a new A/C unit. A family member recommended this guy. He was told before coming out that I was interested in wall units. After being insulted and yelled at he said I don't sell wall units and they can't be installed in a mobile home. The family member who recommended this guy told Steve to just bill it to them whatever I needed. This guy saw a chance a to make a large sale and he wasn't interested in looking at solutions only $$$$SAlES$$$$. Now looking at his business I'm not sure he actually sells new units bc he says nothing about warranties only to ask about it.
I also saw how he treated my family when he was asked to come out for warranty work. He just cursed the entire time and then said there was nothing wrong when he came inside. I've run a business for many years and this was a horrible experience.
