How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A vacuum needed to be filled with a good local shop to compete with the overwhelming internet market in the infancy of the import powersport boom... It sounds weird, but people are still hesitant to purchase some types of products online. A lot of time there are so many products that look alike and are advertised the same - You don't know what your buying (if it sounds to good or looks to good to be true - better rethink). Florida Powersports is here and is as solid as brick and mortar, we are here for our customers unlike an internet drop shipper.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very diverse - we Sell, Stock Parts and Repair anything from Harleys to Youth Hoverboards to Mobility scooters which makes us unique and a one stop shop for the entire family...

In turn If a customer has had a less than good experience they tell their closest friends and a business will receive several bad reviews from one incident usually an inflated story about their experience.
