I enjoy being self employed, helping people solve problems, and counseling them on legal issues
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Both the Florida Bar and the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF.org) have honored me with the credential "Board Certified" or "Certified" in Elder Law. Very few attorneys have accomplished this. These certifications show that these organizations have verified that Elder Law is my primary area of practice, that I have been handling this kind of work for many years, that I have taken a substantial number of continuing education courses in this area of law, and passed a comprehensive exam in this area of law, and that I have been recommended by my peers for this recognition.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have only one location and have no present plans for expansion.

My office is on the South side of Tampa Rd. about 4 miles east of US Hwy 19. We are about a quarter of a mile West of Forest Lakes Boulevard

We accept personal checks, and most credit cards
Which areas do you service?
We have many clients thoughout Pasco County, north Pinellas County, and the West half of Hillsborough County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Besides myself, my wife, Wanda, and my paralegal, Jean, help to run the office.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8:30 - 5 Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 to noon on Friday.
