How long have you been in business?
We have been here locally since 2006, but the owner has been doing this since 1986.
What is your primary product or service?
We are full-service locksmiths. We do pretty much everything from commercial, to residential, to automotive, and more. Our specialty is rekeying locks so the old keys will not work anymore. This is a perfect solution to those that want to keep somebody out, or have just moved into a new location.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested through one of those ads in the back of Popular Science magazine. I signed up for the course and started my first business when I was 14... still in high school.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus on service, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are experts in lock rekeying. We are an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau of West Florida. We have fast service within 60 minutes (most of the time), and a 1 year warranty on our parts and labor.
What type of payments do you accept?

We offer 24 hour emergency service. Regular rates are in effect generally from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
