How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Interest came while selling Delco units in Arkansas during the early 1970's. Our background is pump and package design and engineering.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Lifetime warranted, totally stainless steel frames, lifetime warranted coils with extreme burst ratings, "Phoenix" propane burner systems are much more dependable than any diesel burner. (We build propane or diesel burners.) We offer much higher flows and pressures than our competitors and can drive with diesel engines, electric motors, or gasoline. Explosion proof units are also our forte.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two locations. A manufacturing facility and a sales office within 12 miles of each other. There are plans in place...waiting for the correct timing.
