How long have you been in business?
Moore interconnex has been in business for over 10 years. The Owner has been installing low voltage wiring for 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We install all low voltage wiring. We work with both residential and commercial customers. Our services include the planning and installation of phone systems, phone, data and cable wiring, surveillance systems, access control, home theater and surround sound. We are also dealers for many of the top brands.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Back in High School I worked for a telecommunications company. I was Project Manager of all the communications wiring for the Boston Red Sox Spring Training Facility in Fort Myers. Eventually my work led to my acquiring Moore interconnex.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different in that we are a complete low voltage wiring company. We stand apart because we are knowledgeable in all areas of the planning, and installation process. We enjoy working with both residential and commercial customers. We can help our customers with simple needs like reprogramming a remote control or installing a single jack. But, we also sell and install small and large phone and surveillance systems and home theatre equipment. We have also installed Audio and Video equipment in schools, churches, and profesional business.
