Signing with this company was the biggest mistake I've made. All problems with this company--from breach of contract, erroneous fees, and tenant choices--stem from his poor communication skills. We were never notified of the tenant he signed. He promises to research an problem, and never does. I had to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau to get contact, and he only passed us off to his secretary. This firm has caused more stress than we ever expected. Stay away.
