How long have you been in business?
I have been in business close to 3 years now and have over 30 years of experience in the landscape supply business.
What is your primary product or service?
Mulches- red, brown, cypress, small and large bark, pine straw. We offer black, red, brown, gold, cypress, bark, and playground mulch in 2 cubic foot bags. Soils- topsoil, fill dirt and potting soil. White sand, crushed concrete. Washed shell- small and medium. #57 rock (lime stone), Deco rock- lava rock, marble, pea gravel, etc. We take special orders- Clay, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Dad started a landscape supply business when I was just a kid. I grew up filling topsoil bags, operating loaders, delivery product to customers at a very young age. I have been experienced for over 30 years in the landscape supply business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are family owned and operated. We have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have many years of experience in delivery and loading customers in their personal vehicles. We carry no minimum on how much you order for delivery. (Except in deco rock). We carry most major credit cards. You get what you pay for here at Larson & Son Landscape Supply,Inc. When a customer comes in and buys a yard of any product we have. They will get a quality and quantity yard. We will go above all to make sure the customers are happy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in the St. Pete/ Bay Pines area. We hope to continue to grow in our location.

Monday thru Friday- 7:30 am to 5pm
Sat.- 7:30 to 3pm

Our greatest compliments we have been given is they refer us to new customers. They love our fast and friendly service and above all they love are quality product and especially the quantity! They get what they pay for and then some.
