Parklane Real Estate Services was founded by Dora (Cline) Steed and Lee Meekcoms; they have been involved with property management and asset management for over 20 years each. Their experience spans smaller properties to large communities with thousands of residents, and executive capacities for privately held firms to a NY Stock Exchange listed company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It is the basics that underlie success in any business or endeavor. These basics are the guide for our success in working with clients.

From the East:
Take State Road 54 toward the West; the office is located between Starkey Blvd. and Little Rd., just past the entrance to Fairway Springs, take the driveway on the right. Our offices are in the building on the right.
From the West:
Drive on State Road 54, beyond Little Rd, past the Medical Center of Trinity, and move into the left lane.You will need to make a U-turn at either the entrance to Fairway Springs, or beyond that at Starkey Blvd. Then proceed West and turn into the driveway just beyond Fairway Springs. We are located in the building on the right.
