Twin City Manufactured Home Community (aka Twin City) is a small park nestled between St Petersburg and Tampa with a circular, one-way street all the way around the park and a two-way road down the center.
The park is considered an all-family, not a 55+ park.
A small stream under mangroves is surrounding the park, which is also the drainage overflow of rainwater falling on the road.
We have 93 mobile units, one 2-bedroom apartment, one 1-bedroom apartment as well as 4 RV lots located off Gandy Blvd N near the dog track. Lots are not the exact same size, but all has sufficient space between them to where one will feel as if they were living in open space rather than in a park. 2 of the RV lots are occupied by campers year-round. 3 spaces were cleared of homes (86, 89 and 94) in November 2015.
Office is located in the front of the park, and the live-in manager(s) are at their respective home(s) in the park.
