How long have you been in business?
Time Management Systems has been in business since 1973
What is your primary product or service?
TMS sells and supports Electronic Time Keeping Systems for businesses from 5 to 10,000 employees. We also offer a wide range of mechanical clocks, time cards and ribbons.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We actually started out as a Typewriter Company in 1973. We sold and serviced typewriters. Well the writing was on the wall and we knew we needed to focus in a new direction. We purchased a small mechanical clock business, and the rest is history. We are now one of the largest Infotronics dealer in the nation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
TMS thinks outside the box. We have custom programmers on staff so we can accomplish what standard systems are simply not able to do. As every industry has different needs, rules, and regulations, we are able to make our Time and Attendance system fit their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 4 locations. We are alwasy looking to expand.

We service the complete state of Florida and the Cayman Islands, as well as Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming and Minnesota. We do have clients all over the United States and Canada.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
TMS is a family owned business and all owners are active in the company. Tom & Carol Rademacher started the business in 1973. Now their Daughters, Jen Vanderloo and Mindy Kroll are the new owners of TMS. Carol continues to serve as President.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available from 8 AM to 5 PM, but our techs are available 24/7.
