Our first visit consists of a consultation, examination, and x-rays. Our second visit consists of an overview of the x-rays, the adjustment, and post-x-rays. After Dr. Ngo had analyzed the x-rays, she will review them with you so that you can see the misalignment and how it is causing nerve impingement. Once she's done with those steps, she'll deliver your first atlas adjustment using a percussive sound wave instrument. The adjustment is very gentle; most patients don't feel anything when it happens! As soon as the atlas bone is back in place taking pressure off nerves healing takes place. Our goal is for patients to get better—and stay better—so our chiropractors in Largo make sure they're holding their adjustments right along with us!
